  1. How Your Personal Data May Be Processed
    In accordance with Law No. 6698 KVKK, your personal data shared with may be processed by us in whole or in part, automatically or non-automatically, including but not limited to obtaining, recording, storing, altering, rearranging, in short, any kind of processing performed on the data. Any processing performed on the data is considered as “processing of personal data” within the scope of KVKK.
  2. Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data
    Your shared personal data may be processed:
  • To fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers, in accordance with the requirements of contracts and technology, and to improve the products and services we offer;
  • To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials in matters concerning public security and legal disputes, upon request and as required by legislation;
  • To provide our members with a wide range of opportunities or share these opportunities with individuals or institutions that can provide them legally within the scope of the provided service;
  • For analyzing advertising preferences;
  • In accordance with Law No. 6698 KVKK and relevant secondary regulations.
  1. Information Regarding Third Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
    For the purposes mentioned above, the individuals/institutions to whom your personal data shared with may be transferred include, but are not limited to, our main shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, direct or indirect domestic/international subsidiaries, companies using the infrastructure of, and limited to these, individuals and organizations related to the service provided, and cooperation partners, domestic/foreign organizations, and other third parties.
  2. How Your Personal Data is Collected
    Your personal data:
  • Through forms on the website and mobile applications, including information such as name, surname, address, phone number, work or private email address; preferences on pages accessed using username and password, IP records of transactions, cookie data collected by the browser, browsing time and details, location data;
  • From individuals who share their personal data for purposes such as establishing commercial relations with, applying for a job, providing a quotation, through physical or virtual means, face-to-face or remote, verbal or written or electronic means;
  • Additionally, data obtained indirectly through various channels, such as websites, blogs, competitions, surveys, games, campaigns, and similar (micro) websites, and from social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.), publicly available profiles and data on social sharing sites; reading or clicking on e-newsletters, publicly available databases, and social media.
  1. Personal Data Obtained Before the Enforcement of the KVKK
    Since did not start its publication before the effective date of the KVKK, there is no personal data stored before this date.
  2. Transfer of Your Personal Data
    Your personal data collected through any of the methods mentioned above may be transferred to service providers abroad (to countries accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board and providing sufficient protection for personal data) for processing in Turkey or for processing and storage abroad, provided that they remain within the scope of the KVKK and for the purposes of the contract.

Your Personal Data may be transferred to:

  • Business partners with whom cooperation is carried out and/or services are received for the provision and promotion of products and services;
  • Authorized authorities who will determine your location in case of an emergency call;
  • Other official institutions such as regulatory and supervisory authorities, courts, and enforcement offices, and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request personal data;
  • Legal entities in commercial relations with and having your phone number;
  • In necessary cases.
  1. Storage and Protection of Personal Data is obliged to take software measures such as hash, encryption, transaction logging, access management, and physical security measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure their preservation, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK. In case it is learned that personal data have been obtained by others through illegal means, the situation will be immediately reported to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with legal regulations and in writing.
  2. Keeping Your Personal Data Up-to-Date and Accurate
    In accordance with Article 4 of the KVKK, is obliged to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, for to fulfill its obligations arising from current legislation, members are required to share or update their accurate and up-to-date data via the website/mobile application.
  3. Rights of the Data Subject under Law No. 6698 KVKK
    In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698 KVKK, which entered into force on October 7, 2016, the rights of the Data Subject are as follows:

The Data Subject, by applying to (data controller), may:

  • Learn whether personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
  • Learn third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Request notification of the operations carried out as a result of correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request compensation in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
  1. Communication and Application Method
    A Data Controller Representative appointed by will be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and on the internet address where this document is located when the legal infrastructure is provided.

Data Subjects can send their questions, opinions, or requests to the email address may respond to the requests, positive/negative, with reasoned, written, or digital answers within 30 days, provided that it responds within the legal framework. The necessary procedures regarding requests are free of charge. However, if there is a cost to the procedures, reserves the right to request a fee. These fees are determined in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
